Normal Payment Scheme (NPS) Progressive Payment

Normal Payment Scheme, allows you to service your loan progressively as the property is being built as shown in the table below;-

Upon Grant of Option to Purchase ( Booking Fee) 5%
Upon Signing the Sales & Purchase Agreement 15% (est. 9 week from Option date)
Completion of Foundation Work 10% (est. 6-9 months)
Completion of Reinforced Concrete Framework 10% (est. 6-9 months)
Completion of Walls 5% (est. 3-6 months)
Completion of Roofing / Ceiling 5% (est. 3-6 months)
Completion of Electrical Wiring, Internal Pastering, Plumbing & Installation of Door & Window Frames 5% (est. 3-6 months)
Completion of Car Park, Roads & Drains Serving the housing project 5% (est. 3-6 months)
Notice of Vacant Possession 25% (TOP)
Legal Completion Date 15% (CSC)

Deferred Payment Scheme (DPS)

The Deferred Payment Scheme gives you the option to start servicing the loan only when you receive the keys to your EC. It is an option for buyers who owns a HDB and have to service the monthly instalment, as it will allow you to manage your finances better as you do not have to service both the HDB and EC concurrently.
